An ongoing 12,000 sq.ft G+2 luxury farmhouse-villa in Junagadh — resort-scale living that opens fully to its rural Gujarat landscape.
Currently under construction in Junagadh, the Manhansh Residence is a 12,000 sq.ft G+2 luxury farmhouse-villa conceived as a private retreat.
The design leans into its expansive rural setting: deep verandas, sliding glass walls and framed courtyards blur the boundary between built form and land. Across three levels the programme layers grand hosting spaces, family quarters and leisure zones, all carried on a robust structural frame built for large spans and long life.
